Principal photography has commenced.

Bogey Men’s most immediate project is the upcoming anthology series “Tales from the Links” (“LinkTales”), and more specifically, the pilot “Every Dog Has His Day.” The series reenacts some of golf’s greatest and most memorable stories.

We've already secured the rights to approximately 37 great, universally appealing stories from the links, and we have plans to bring many more incredible golf stories to the screen.

The pilot chronicles two recent events:

  • Part one deals with a former college coach and her daughter hustling two hot-shot golfers who think the ladies are beneath them.

  • The second part deals with a generous, affable “pocket” who gets his first hole-in-one against three buddies who have taken advantage of his generosity for years, resulting in each of them owing him a $1,000 for their standard bet.

These inspirational, often edge-of-your-seat narratives will keep audiences coming back for more. If you weren’t a fan of the sport before, you will be for the ages.

Plus, since there are thousands of amazing and humorous golf tales out there, the series will be able to maintain enough high-level momentum to entertain for 4 to 5 years or more.

The “LinkTales” series is also set to introduce the general public to the Greatest Names in Golf, with legends like Sweet Potato Pie, Raggedy Andy, Georgia Peach, Fairway Freddie, Arkansas Ax, Tennis Shoe, The Project, Louisville Slim, Mighty Molly, Doc Clark, and others.
